I Believe -
In treating others the way I would like to be treated. In recruiting, this means good communication and follow up as well as striving to always do what is right.

Favorite recruiting moment -
I love the thrill of finding and talking to the "it" person. That exceptional person our client company can't wait to interview.

Beyond My Desk -
I mentor a super-cool 6th grade guy, help lead Wednesday Youth Night at church, and make pancakes at the Kiwanis Pancake House during the fair.
